Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring a cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment with Imity Health Services Pty Ltd. To ensure the efficient operation of our business and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Notice Period:
a. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, regardless of the reason. This allows us to offer the vacant appointment slot to other clients who may be on a waiting list or in need of immediate assistance.
Confirmation of Appointments:
a. 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the scheduled appointment, clients and/or their nominated representatives (nominees) may receive a notification of their upcoming appointment. Clients and/or their nominated representatives (nominees) must provide confirmation of their appointment time. Confirmation can be provided by phoning Imity Health Services, replying to the text message, and/or email reminder sent by Imity Health Services Pty Ltd 48 hours prior to the appointment.
b. Failure to confirm the appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will result in the appointment being forfeited, and the appointment slot may be offered to another client.
Cancellation Procedure:
a. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email to notify us of the change. We will confirm the cancellation or rescheduling request and make the necessary adjustments to our schedule.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
a. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be considered late cancellations.
b. Failure to provide any notice and not attending a scheduled session without prior communication will be considered a no-show.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees:
a. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee equal to the full session fee.
b. The fee will be billed and payable by the client within 7 days of the missed session.
Termination of Services:
a. Repeated cancellations and no-shows may result in termination of services provided by Imity Health Services Pty Ltd. We value the commitment of our clients and expect mutual respect for our time and resources.
b. Imity Health Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine the number of cancellations and no-shows that constitute repeated behaviour leading to termination.

a. The cancellation policy outlined above is subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of clients and those engaging with our services to review the relevant policies on our website before engaging in our services.
b. By engaging with Imity Health Services Pty Ltd, you acknowledge that you are required to review and comply with the most recent version of our cancellation policy as published on our website.
